Our Year 5/6 children had a wonderful time at camp last week. They stayed at The Ranch, in Cape Schanck on the Mornington Peninsula and participated in many different activities including a giant swing, crate stack, obstacle course, a dusk walk, toasting marshmallows on the camp fire and many more. It was wonderful to see students participate with great enthusiasm and and support each other outside of the classroom environment.
Many students rate camp as one of their favourite Primary School experiences and one that they will have memories of forever. A big thanks to Mrs Defilippis and Mrs Giblett for attending the camp and looking after our students. Fr Ralph also joined the group on Thursday evening. He made the camp experience a special one by celebrating mass that included relevant prayers and reflections as well as a group sing-along.
