On Wednesday 6 April 2022, all students participated in our annual Easter Liturgy in the Church. This involved reenacting some of the events of Holy Week. Holy Week is the most significant week of the year for Christian worship. During this week we remember the events leading up to Jesus’ death and Resurrection.
In doing so, we recognise our own mistakes, but marvel at the love of Christ for the world. Holy Week begins with Palm Sunday and on each day of the week, the Gospel tells us about different events in Jesus’ Life. Jesus goes to his death with great love for us and all people.
Let us show him our love by following him in his victory over death and sin in his Resurrection from death. Thank you to some of our parents and friends that came along to view the Liturgy.
